Riviera Line Mastery - Voyager Required?

    I've noticed that the new routes now show up in the Mastery even in TSW5. However, to be able to get the Riviera complete, it looks like you will need to also buy the Voyager DLC. Is this the first time that you have to buy a loco DLC to finish the mastery for a route?

    It’s probably a place holder for 802 or 150 since it’s a bit unrealistic for people to buy the class 220 for just the masterly

    I think most people who are gonna buy the Riviera line are also gonna buy the Voyager anyway

    For Morristown you need to "restock 3 bridge plates" what's that about?
