Another year, another launch issue.

 

While your not wrong and I don't really wanna ask for compensation you make a fair statement and I am kinda curious to know why this happened myself but I don't wanna ask for anything more, I don't want to put pressure on the DTG team as they have worked hard and sometimes things go wrong but look at it this way, when you pre order early access its kinda beta and we are technically the first wave of play testing in a phrase of speaking before the game comes out more formally to its date on the 30th so at the moment we might be the first wave but we are hypothetically the play testing team until the games official launch date on the 30th with bugs and issues to be expected because sometimes an extra set of eyes can see things the devs miss during any testing or developing

I know we are early access players but by posting the bugs here on the forum we are actually helping make the games quality better for other players.

 

They do have a beta team to iron out issues like this before it even reaches us. If we were essentially beta testing for them, I’d expect to be paid for the privilege, not paying extra to do a job for them.

 

It kinda does feel like that I am not going to lie but sometimes things get missed at the last moment

 

Well it can only be down to incompetence shipping old build

 

I just hope it gets sorted soon. Not least because it’s obviously frustrating for us players, but this is an epilepsy trigger waiting to happen for those affected by that.

 

Thats why I put the warning on the video incase the devs have any health complaints

 

Same issue on series s, really annoying and was looking forward to playing

 

The thing I’m worried about is that they haven’t acknowledged that specifically. I mentioned it on their Facebook post too. It wouldn’t be good press, but they need to put a warning out if it’s going to be a long wait for the patch.

I was told there was an update when i 1st ran the game, downloaded the update and still get the same flashing on all routes on my X box series X

 

Their manager did comment over on Page 1 its about half way up the page

 

I think thats why a lot of people are coming here to talk on this support Forum to find out if its just them or not

Looks like they just released an update on Xbox Series X to Fix this issue possibly

 

Update is for voyager n 802 downloading fingers crossed

Two hours after release... pretty poor performance, I have to say. Seems like every new version, something like this happens.

If you're going to release an unnecessary new version every year, might be a good idea to actually get it right.
