PS4 [resolved] Ps4 Tsw 6 Deluxe Edition Crashing

Could you try deleting your saved data and trying again, please?

How to Delete Saved Data:

1. Open the Settings menu at the top of the dashboard.
2. Select Storage, then select System Storage.
3. Select Saved Data.
4. Choose a game to access the game’s saved data.
5. Press the Options button and select Delete.
6. Choose the saved data files to delete, then select Delete.

Very sorry to hear about this. To help us investigate, could you walk us through the order of events, please? Did you get in game before the patch, did you log into Dovetail Live, did you import a profile etc...

 

Have you tried launching the game on a different system profile?

Hi all,

our testing has found this to work. The key is allowing the game to update before starting it.

1. Uninstall TSW6 and delete any save data
2. Reinstall TSW6
3. Allow update to be applied
4. Do not start TSW6 until an update has been applied and the version shows 1.06
5. Start TSW6
