At least where the UK is concerned.

Not freeware, mind you, but most likely well worth the money.

Steam era Somerset & Dorset Joint Line, perfect to run all those beautiful PLD, CW, MT and other period locomotives, carriages and wagons.

Still, the thought linger, for how long will there be commercial DLC be developed w/o support/bug fixes/improvements from DTG?

For as long as there are enough people willing to buy it i would think :)

I don't believe TSC will die (as in 3rd party developers stop creating content) any time soon... Can't say the same about TSW, there's hardly a real 3rd party content creation scene for TSW so as soon as DTG drops TSW for the next shinier thing TSW will die and be buried soon after.

It will be a very worthwhile route, when the second part is finished.

Their web site still says "Price is not confirmed. Estimated release date: Autumn 2025" (it said Summer 2025 for a long time) so how do you purchase this please?

I did not spot that bit about the price?

The video link to Preview #1 says 9/15/2025 or 15 Sept 2025 for those not in the US.
And underneath it mentions "Price and release date will be announced in the next Somerset & Dorset video."

The video looks very good, though personally I'd like to see some weathering of the structures.

I'm looking forward to its release.

Oh, its not released, then? Not sure of the point of this thread then, the route has been in the offing for ages., but keeps not actually getting here. I was being quietly patient, but my interest suddenly awoke!
