So far I only played the Riviera route which I enjoy very much, but I think it's a common problem for all routes. I prefer playing without the signal/speed HUD, so I can concentrate on the signs and signals on the route. I remember from an earlier streaming video that TSRs would be announced at the start of the journey, but this is not the case so far. But the worst is that the TSR warning or approach signs do NOT have an AWS magnet, so it is very easy to miss them with HUD off, especially when they are placed in a dark tunnel or obscured by foliage. Are there any plans to correct this feature ?
Hello, sorry to hear you're unable to fully experience the game HUDless, if you haven't done so kindly send your feedback over to Submit a request – SUPPORT CENTER, that would be helpful for the team. Thank you.
Sadly the whole TSR implementation seems a bit flawed, with the various boards spawning where they wouldn’t be sited in real life (such as on platform edges or in the middle of the actual track). Really needs taking back to the drawing board. In practice, the positioning of TSR and ESR boards, certainly in the UK, is a fairly skilled job which not only takes into account the braking capability of trains on the route but where these may need to be placed on joining routes or for visibility. You would also have an AWS portable magnet at the warning board. I’m afraid this is one of those things, while nice idea, if it can’t be done properly then it should be deferred until the RNG algorithms in game can account for the variables.
i never was excited about the speed restrictions and faulty stuff anyway disabled both at first run it should be kept at scenarios i think where it can be scripted better the announcements however are great so far
