I was wondering if anybody could help me out.

I've got every layer activated, except for 'Spirit of Steam' as I haven't purchased it. I don't play WSR but I intentionally installed it to view the heritage stock at Totnes and Paignton, but I don't see anything at these stations. Can somebody please let me know what I've done wrong and also the seasonal timings?

    Many thanks

The article where the Riviera layers are explained is this one. The additional layer information is close to the end of the article.
IIRC the steam locos come from Peak Forest and not Spirit of Steam.

    PS:

    From the article:

    Totnes Heritage Railway
The Class 33 and Mk1 coaches from West Somerset Railway operate April-December, joined by the Class 101 from West Coast Main Line: Preston - Carlisle from June to August. These services are AI-only but provide something interesting to look out for while driving past.

    Paignton Heritage Railway
Paignton shares a station with a steam heritage railway, which layers in using the Jubilee and 8F from Peak Forest Railway and Mk1 coaches from West Somerset Railway.

    PS2:
The WSR class 33 is a DLC on its own and not included as part of the WSR DLC.

So I'd need the 33 so I can see coaches?

I do not see an independent layer for the static elements, so AFAIK it is all in the same layer.
It seems you will need the class 33.

On the other hand, the class 101 layer from the JT Preston - Carlisle DLC is independent.
