Please understand that sometimes I don’t catch the exact meaning of comments, since my English is learned and not native. I never meant to sound aggressive, and I sincerely ask for your forgiveness. I simply hadn’t understood what you meant — I only thought you were scolding me for my mistake.

 

As I mentioned, the route is Rapid Transit Route and the scenario is Leipziger. Thanks a lot anyway — I’ve been informed that this bug is unfortunately unavoidable in that scenario in TSW5.

 

The derailment occurs in scenario and timetable modes. Speed is key- you must be around or over 50km/h at the signal after the platform and you'll pass that spot no problem. So for the scenario, just stop at Connewitz at the very beginning of the platform so you have enough distance to get to 50 km/h once you depart. (Also save the game right before Connewitz so you can reload if you derail). Good luck.

 

Thanks a lot for the tip! At least in Train Sim World 5 we’ve already tested it over 50 times, even at less than 5 km/h, and the train still derails. It’s a confirmed bug. I haven’t tried the same scenario yet in Train Sim World 6, so maybe it’s already fixed there.

 

I believe the rear unit in this scenario has no power at the start which is also why the train feels so sluggish and causes the derailment.

Before you set off, head to the rear unit and raise the pantograph and set up the unit. I think the scenario is achievable after that.
