Every scenario route I’m getting stuck at a red signal . Am I doing something wrong . I’m not having this problems on other routes

 

Do you have this issue with Scenarios or in Timetable mode?
Please let us know which Scenario exactly you have trouble with or what exact Service it is where you get stuck.
That way its easier for people to check and help you.

 

Also, did you try to contact the signaller?

 

Thanks for your help . I’ve just been working through the journey mode and I’ve been just picking out random journeys but all the same .
Usually ok getting out of the depots but usually get stopped on the first station at a signal . Yes tried contacting the signalman. Proceed as signal indicates. Which is red . So save the game . Try and proceed against a red . This is after waiting 20 minutes at the signal then getting failed .

Freight. Oh and not new to TSW . Must of put in a few hundred hours now .

 

Going to try timetable instead of journeys now . See how that goes

 

Journey is just timetable services linked together.

 

Yeah I know that . But I’ve just tried timetables and that seems to be working for me . Tried to recreate the same route on timetable and I got green signals straight away .
Anyway thanks for everyone’s help . Seems like there’s a problem with the journeys side of it for me .

 

definitely a problem getting stopped on a signal that’s not on the same track

 

Its the white board in front of you. That is in effect a red.
Contract controller, will tell you to proceed with the signals. If you see beyond you have yellow or green you can go
If you have PZB on be sure to override it as you go past the white board

Coming out of Hagen there is another (on the mainline) which sometimes works the same way. I believe the sign isn't included in the manual but I could be wrong. I only found out about li like yourself, on the forum.

 

Happens a lot on RRO - contact signaller and he'll say Proceed as Signals Indicate, then just drive on. It's only the HUD that gives you the red.

 

Yeah I got the proceed as signals allow . Yeah I do understand it is a sim but I would of never known this unless you guys never told me . So many thanks for your help
