Xbox Series X Hud Max Speed Indicator

I'm running the Preston to Carlisle route. I have 'full' HUD (I need all over the visual help I can get!). Info in top right of screen indicates that an increase of maximum speed limit is approaching....gives me a yardage countdown...but the max speed icon (red dot thingy on outer edge of speedo) doesn't move to indicate this. I'm running scenarios under speed. Ok for non timed routes but an issue for passenger station timetable targets.

 

Might be that your consist has a lower speed than what the max line speed is

The HUD will only show the speed limit according to the maximum speed you're service is, regardless of line speed
