The Rail Journey for the RE14665 is broken for TSW6 on PS5 (Super Bremen Bros -> Hude-Man -> RE 14665). The trip spawns you outside of the train. The first few times it spawned me in the rail yard in the top left of the map far away from the train by a few stops. The third time it at least spawned me at the same station though the game seems confused about which trip I’m running.
Odd question: if you stand around and do nothing for the service duration of 21 minutes, does the service automatically complete? I fired up this service up to troubleshoot it and had to walk away. The service completed itself after about 23 minutes. What I'm most curious about is if this awards you a medal in the journey chapter. I already had a medal for the service, so I couldn't tell.
The times I spawned completely away from the train it was confusing because the progres indicators showed things happening automatically (eg doors opening and passengers loading). The final time when I spawned I just took over the service. Initially I started to take over the wrong end and theought I cancelled the attempt ehen warned but at the other end of the train it asked if I wanted to abandon that wrong service. In the end I completed the service normally after taking it over. I suspect the service starts off AI controlled and a person could get credit for the run.
Under “Freighting Room”, for DGS 88994 as you approach the end the servicr the incorrect track to the right is highlighted with the red (and eventually yellow and green) color for stopping. Eventually the tracks do merge together so the eventual green is on the same track as your train but it’s troubleshooting and first to see you might’ve been routed onto the wrong track and might fail the trip.
The next service (after what I described in the prior post) is GAG 60492 and also seems to have a spawning issue. It started me in Bremen Neustadt and there’s no train there. Next try started in a different location (an empty siding). Third try Delmenhorst station. The serviced finish on its own. The AI train gets to speed at 120km/h. I only get awarded APs for the start and end so end up with bronze.
DGS 95638 also has a spawning issue. It’s possible to fast transport to the rail yard where the train is located though if you look at the map again you’ll be stuck on the map with no way to exit it.
GAG 60493 also has a spawning issue. This trip has a surprise red signal and if you push the red emergency mushroom the gauge that shows force applied gets stuck at zero.
In RB14839 the wiper controls are swapped (turning on the right wiper actually activates the left, and vice versa). The alightment of the seat, wiper, and window on the 110 seems unbelievably bad. In rain or snow with the wiper going the perspective lets you see the signal lights but not the track. Either the seat needs to be moved to the right or simulate how the engineer appearently needs to lean to the right to see out the window properly.
