PS4 [resolved] Trophies Not Appearing On The Ps4 Version

Hey there! I recently got the platinum trophy for Train Sim World 6 PS4 but the trophies arent appearing in my account, only if i set the console to offline. I assume this has to be an issue that the list was forgotten to be uploaded, so i hope i can bring some light to it

And also for the future viewers of this thread, the trophies for the PS4 version of Train Sim World 6 can be earned but they don't sync to players' accounts (the issue i'm having). It is not an issue with the game itself but the trophies not being published to Sony's servers. Sony itself doesn't have control over the publishing of trophies, therefore only a developer and/or publisher with access to Devnet/Gems can publish the trophyset. While myself or any player can load the trophies onto mine or their consoles, it will produce an error if I try to synchronise the trophies through the trophy application. Dovetail can resolve this issue, by logging into Devnet/Gems and looking for the 'Publish Trophy' button in regards to TSW6 PS4.

Really hope this gets fixed soon since it has been almost 1 month since the game has released with no updates regarding this issue and i just don't get ghosted by it...

 

They do appear on the PS4 but only after you earn them but sadly they did not appear in my account either the last time that I checked. Hopefully they will release an update (if they have not already, considering that I checked yesterday) to fix that issue.

 

I mean, i know they appear on screen but the trophies arent on my profile, i submitted a ticket as well to Dovetail to let them know about the issue and what they would have to do for the list to go up, but i still hope any Dovetail employs see this and have them fixed as soon as possible, its the first time that it really happend.

 

Any information on the situation? Already filled my support ticket 2 days ago and i wanna know if there is any answer to it

There is/are updates to TSW6 but sadly nope.

 

What youre saying is that its a sync issue with playstation, which is nothing to do with DTG.
You saod yourself, you've earned the platnum trophy from the game, it shows on your trophy list offline but doesn't show on your trophy list when your online? If that's the case, that would be a Sony issue.

 

Believe it or not its an actual issue with DTG, they are the ones responsible for uploading the list into the PSN servers, there are other games on the Playstation store that have issues syncing the trophies.

Sadly not yet but they did fix the ability to import from TSW5 in a recent update,

 

Thats actually good news tbf, even tho i never did Train Sim World 5.
Im just being pushy about it beacuse its been over 1 month and still have no oficial response from Dovetail
Me and someone else have tried sending a support ticket to them and we pretty much got the same email, i really just hope someone at Dovetail sees it and fixes it.

 

Looking for an update as well on this. Hope this gains more traction so that they see it and fix it. From what I can see, it is an easy fix, just need them to notice this issue.

You would think that an issue that prevents every single PS4 player from syncing their trophy lists due to this game might have been fixed by now. It's been over a month...!

 

Got in contact with someone at Dovetail's Discord and it got mentioned the issue has been passed on to the team, hopefully that means the fix is coming soon

I won't hold my breath as they seem to be far too concerned with pushing paid DLC.

Even though every time I access my trophy list on PS4 it takes 5 minutes to sync because of this one broken game. And that's the same for every single person across the world that has played it on PS4!

Baffling that this has not been a top priority as it's a massive problem with such and easy fix. Can only assume they just don't care...!

This is the first time this ever happened as far as I know. By that, I mean it did not happen with older versions. This means for EX from TSW3 to TSW5. I do not have a copy of TSW2020 or earlier and I not sure about TSW2 if that happened when it came out. Also in the first post in this thread go to those URLs and read the info there.

As much as i appreciate this being looked into, trpted made a great point, all the information for a solution was given already, so nothing can be added on. I hope this gets fixed soon anyways. I still want any form of contacts to the dev team to tell people how the problem would be fixed.

If this happened on TSW 2020 (aka TSW1 on PS4/PS5) or even on TSW2 it is understandable but TSW6, really?

 

Nop, nada, i want them to get in contact with me but still no response, giving at least 2 weeks before i speak to someone on Dovetail Discord again...

Still, it should be on the TOS for publushers to post their trophy list

 

And what would happen if they don't follow the rules?

How would you get the ball rolling and make it so?

Who would enforce the rules? For ex: Sony.

If Sony is to enforces the rules, who makes sure Sony does so (diferent wording w/ same meaning: Who watches the watchers)?

I see the game got an update today. Guess what WASN'T updated...

 

I said mostly on a hypotetical, its not actual TOS, i wanted to be, but there is sadly no TOS thats makes publisher publish their trophy lists before a release

 

It wouldnt even be work of an update, it needs to be the publisher who needs to do it. Which THEY STILL NEED TO DO BTW

 

Well, after almost 1 month of Back and fourth, the list is oficially syncable on PSN servers, so this is pretty much resolved now

Finally! It was a 45 day long journey but you finally pulled those trophies into the station!
