I have not created my own models for TS Classic for some time, but now the autumn and winter are approaching I want to start creating more models from 3D Canvas. BPE 2 shows the Source folder with my models OK, but it cant find the ACE texture files? Converted BMP/PNG files from TS RW Ace Tool. It worked in the past, absolutely certain about that. I got back to Dovetail Support, and now they say that BPE 2 only supports DDS texture files? Then what is the point of RW Ace Tool that has no use?

    no dds format supported.jpg

DDS isn't supported. Export your textures to either TGA or PNG! In my personal opinion, BMP is only better for scenery and LOD textures.
If you also cannot find your converted ACE files, there's a search function in Windows. If there's nothing found, the ACE file did not convert

Both ACE and DDS are supported in Blueprint Editor. But when using DDS it is important that it is saved with the correct compression. BGRA 8.8.8.x (no alpha) or 8.8.8.8 in Photoshop with the NVIDIA plugin.

I recommend using DDS Converter 1.4 to convert from PNG/TGA to DDS (Output format RGBA)
