Epic Games [solved] Missing Some Assets And Content

Hi, I am having a problem with the three add-ons shown in the screenshot labelled ‘impossible’: it is indeed impossible to download them. Furthermore, I do not understand the content called “mannifest”, which I do not have even though I have the required content. Some examples for the Salzburg Rosenheim line are also attached (‘manquant')
Some people have the same problem here ?

 

For me it happens with London Overground Mildmay

 

Can you play with the Maintalbahn ?

 

Yes, if you have purchased the Maintalbahn, you can of course play on the route.

 

Yes I know that but i've purchased and download but it doesn't appear in the game for me, and i ask if some People can play, that it's to say if they had the route in their game

 

I actually have the same problem. It says Maintalbahn is downloaded, but it doesn't show up in the game. Already tried to verify installation as well as re-installing.

 

I have the same problem with Maintalbahn. It is installed but does not appear in the game (no mods installed).
Edit: I have also the problem that Mittenwaldbahn cannot be installed even though it is in my library.

 

Same on Epic, with both Mitten and Mildmay, also with MBTA HSP46.

This is probably the worst release I've seen from them. My Epic collection was disrupted, many DLC's are 'compatible', but still not being able to activate (1 month after release btw). And DTG is spending time announcing metro racing game (seriously???) and new DLC after all this mess. For 10 days nothing in official 'Content activation' thread.

I would avoid in the future to pre-order anything from them or buy on Day 1. They've lost my respect entirely just because they are so disrespectful to me as a customer. Terrible job with TSW6 launch, they just do worse and worse every year.

 

I'm on EPIC too and same problem with mildmay and MBTA HSP46.
Epic is not clear to us about this but I believe there's a limitation issue between TSW and Epic Game Store. None of this seems to happen with Steam users.

I think I may have about 57 to 60 DLCs in total and I'm inclined to move to Steam.
I just would like to know from DTG what's really happen here with EGS.

 

UPDATE :
I contacted support and the issue with downloading add-ons has been resolved. However, only the Maintalbahn is visible in the game (not the Mittenwaldbahn and Midmay Line). I was told that this is being resolved.

 

They do not have time to polish TSW6 release, too busy with releasing its first DLC.
