Here a some on my wishlist •SECR STIRLING O CLASS •Class 55 “Deltic” •Class 14 (WSR Add On) •GWR Mogul OR Manor (WSR Add On) •Class 37 Older Spilt Headcode Version
For the UK… Loco wise Class 55 Deltic and Class 50. DMU we need a Class 108, 117 and 120 plus a Thumper. Electric. Well a Class 81 to 85 to complement the 86 and 87. Definitely some earlier AC EMU’s anything from 302 to 321 with a suitable route of course. DC some classic Southern Region long overdue. USA Would definitely like to see some more older diesels particularly Alco’s. Maybe a route to run the famous Budd Diesel Cars on too. GERMANY/EUROPE We are getting quite well provided for with vintage electrics (even if they all sound the same). Diesel wise it would be nice to see a 211/212 and of course the classic 220 along with some veteran UIC Am/Bm stock.
My Other Options! Uk: •Class 50 •Class 68 •Class 60 EWS/DB •Class 20 (Head Code Box) •Class 56 Uk/France: Eurostar
Siemens Desiro ML, in 4744/4746/4748 variants (they pretty much differ only in some seating configs and number/placement of doors), in CityJet variant, at least for Austrian add-ons... ideally some S-Bahn / Nahverkehr Vienna route... atm they could be used on both Austrian routes (Semmeringbahn uses em as CJX, and on Vorarlberg I believe they do all kinds of stuff mixed in with Talent 1 units)... they also feature unique cruise control - I think that at like zero setting (not off, more of "minimal") they lock in whatever speed the train is going

Great thread. I'm going to take it as separate loco DLC that would work with current routes on offer. And just my top 3, although there is nothing I'd say no to that others have said. 225 set (91, Mk4s and 82 DVT) Counting this as 1 which bends my own rules I know! 319 to add to WCML South (my favourite route, not for it's quality, but my connection to it) Could layer on to Brighton line too I think. Any slam door EMU would be amazing, and I'd run it on wherever was remotely realistic. Third rail on either of the Brighton routes. Overhead on any WCML or the ECML routes. Actually, anywhere with wires!
Also, PRR GG1 and E44; UP SD70M (including new Abraham Lincoln #1616 unit), ATSF/BNSF/CN SD75M/SD75I/SD75IACC, SD45-2 (especially ATSF Bicentennial Units #5700-5704) More fallen flag railroads and locos: SP, B&O, PRR, ATSF, C&O, NYC, WP, etc.
The Rats Class 03 with dead stock/ Doncaster works TSC br blue class 37 with all headlight versions the class 42 warship the class 50 grid Class 55 deltic Class 11 Class 14 Class 15/16 Class 17 class 21 Class 22 baby warship Class 23 baby deltic class 68/88 Class 70 Class 73 Classes 81 to 85 and all forms of steam
The Deltic absolutely has to happen, regardless of if there is an accurate route for it to run on. A Railtour/Diesel Legends type release if it has to be. Also, why do DTG not entertain the idea of enhancement packs for their locos? The TSC Armstrong Powerhouse Class 37 is insanely good and better than anything we currently have on TSW imo!. Considering AP provide the sounds for many of the locos already, surely this is something to be considered?.
We need a Deltic for Northern Trans Pennine, which was their final 'new' stomping ground of the late 1970s / early 1980s.
Also, SD70MACs, NS rebuilds (SD40E, Admiral Cab SD40-2, SD70ACC, SD70ACU; also CPKC, AC44C6M; including special units and TAG Heritage Unit), CSX Dash-3 and SD23T4/ET23DCM rebuilds, and older locos from EMD, GE, Alco, FM, and Baldwin. FM Trainmasters, FM Eries, FM Switchers, Baldwin RF16s, Alco PAs, Alco FAs, Alco RSD-15 "Alligators," Alco RS3s, Baldwin VO1000s, etc. would be cool to see in game on vintage fallen flag routes.
Something from Stadler for germany. While we are still missing a major amount of german regio EMUs, like the 1440, 440, 462, 463, all Sbahn units from Berlin and Hamburg, etc. , the one i have high up on my wishlist is the Stadler Flirt 3. We already have some routes for this one in-game, being SRM, MKN and FSN. There are way more routes this thing runs on irl and the future Stuttgart to Heilbronn route also could make use of it in a modern timetable. Due to it being operated by many different private companys and so on being very region specific, it could be a problem to just layer it on other routes. Not that DTG cares much about that, looking at the Westfrankenbahn 642 in Leipzig, Frankfurt Sbahn, Frankfurt Fulda, Köln-Aachen, etc.
Class 73 for the southern region, they are still in use today for both rhtt and measurement trains. Windhoff MPV variants. Seen all over the UK. Black 5 (I wish) Class 82 And some early British electric diesels. Of course dtg will read all this and give us another variant of the class 66.
BR Class 14, 35, 42/43, 50, 56, 58, 60, 117, 119, 120, 123 Waste of time listing steam, but anything GWR 1900 - 1950
And rebuilt 73/9s! They operate Caledonian Sleeper services in Scotland! Back to us... My wishlist: UK Class 91(225 sets), Rats, 55, 50, 73, other 37 sub. and much more... DE Br 150/151, V200s, U-boats, 181 and more... US Comet V coaches+GP40s (NJT), F9s, shunters (EMDs especially). From a high-power/iconic loco lover
