You won't get the Caltrain branding back into TSW 6 if you didn't claim it for TSW 5 before it was taken off the store pages (PC only). Unless a modder creates something nice for us, which will happen sooner or later. But this will be PC only too.

Search for 'peninsula corridor' in the PS store and the TSW 6 unbranded version will appear. For free if you owned an earlier version before.

The TSW 6 unbranded version will only show as a "free" download in the PS Store only if you've already downloaded the previously-owned version for TSW5. The OP seems to imply they have not updated Peninsula Corridor since TSW2; therefore, DTG will need to make available for download "unbranded versions" of TSW3, TSW4, and TSW5, so the PS Store will recognize entitlements are "caught up" and unlock the TSW6 version for free -- that's how the PS entitlements process now works for TSW.
