Db Br 294 Safety Systems Not Registering

Not sure if a thread was created for this but whenever I use safety systems in the BR 294 when I complete the service I get no points for safety systems used and also while olaying the service the reminder to turn on safety systems always pops uo even though I turn it in. I use both keyboard shortcuts as well as the in train buttons and nothing works. Is this a known bug?

 

This has already been discussed in the discussion thread for this locomotive. The scoring error hasn't been fixed yet.
