Reliving Childhood Memories.. Birmingham New Street - Derby

I created the Derby Manchester Sheffield Route just for reasons like memory lane.

Awesome. Must have been good fun being able to see those steam locomotives back then!

 

This is one of the things I love about this game too - I am always recreating the things I remember from my earlier days.

For me, that's the late 80s/early 90s.

 

I went to work on British Railways in1959 straight from school. I worked at Saltley loco 21a for a few years in the 1960's and fired mostley freight but we has a few passenger turns on the Bristol Sheffield trains.. nice memoriesI can call on anytime..
