Scenario Check Mark Doesn't Appear After Completing A Scenario

so i've finished playing a scenario whenever route that is, after completing the tasks the scenario ends and when i see to check if the scenario has a check mark but when i saw that the scenario i've completed it has no check mark, what issue could it be caused?

 

did i do something wrong or?

 

Is this every time? I've had it happen now and then- on one occasion repeating the task did nothing only to have a notice pop up some time later telling my I'd got the badge for completing all the scenarios for that DLC. It was the APT IIRC.

My advice would be not to worry about it- I repeated the scenario several times, and have since, because I enjoy it.

 

How is anybody else going to know what you did?
