I must be seeing things is that, the Skyhook timetable?

 

Great patch! One small issue i have found with the 802 is that the bi-mode function does not work properly. But fife circle timetable, TSW6-ing MAC and all other updates are fantastic!

 

Once again, no love for existing older routes and vehicles. No updates for Ludwigsbahn, no updates for Mittenwald, and also none for the E94 pack.
It's a disgrace.

 

They've updated many older routes in the update, what are you on about. What are the issues with Mittenwaldbahn and Ludwigsbahn

 

I dont understand if there are so much texture and performance issues on the birmingham to crewe line why not do extensive testing before releasing the DLC ? we paid full price for the DLC but in return got an untested version .... full of bugs , performance issues , texture issues and even gameplay issues some timetable services completely broken ( SPAD bug) ? this is just not acceptable!

 

Does this also fix the SPG SD40-2?

 

Are there any details on the Sprinter timetable for Fife Circle?

 

I am sorry I just checked. Basically, CAB A (both 5 car and 9 car), The Bi-mode function works perfectly. Switches as its supposed to.

I play on *PS5*

From CAB B, its impossible to switch to diesal from electric. All yoiuget is the quiet idle engine sound (like when you're in electric mode with diesel engine on) and it does not draw power from it.

I thought it might be something I was doing wrong, but it works fine from CAB A.

When I spawned on non-OHLE track in SEHS, I was able to switch from diesal to electric well but the engine wouldn't switch off. Not as much of an issue as it still works.

With regards to the Fife circle line, I've been playing on xbox series x.
The new timetable is showing, but it appears to still have the old class 170 sounds (with running sounds that cut out), there also doesn't seem to be any announcements either from both the class 170 or 158

 

Same with me and the announcements the textures look ok on mine

I havnt come across any texture issues, I've just completed a full run to Leven and everything seemed to run smoothly for me.

 

Since there hasn't been an official DTG reply, I went and checked, and I can see the answer is "no".

 

I note it says the frequency of faults has been fixed, does this extend to the issue of faults occuring when set to disabled?

 

Yep got the update through, it's updated the sounds on both the XC and LWM class 170, it just seems to be the scot rail 170 that hasn't, along with not adding announcements to the scot rail 170 and 158.

The only layer I haven't got installed is the express freight DLC.

Diesel engines on class 802 5 and 9 car been broken for ages with having to start from rear cab on Xbox

 

DTG Harry What news on missing sea textures at Dawlish and Teignmouth and the sea turning black near Paignton (Xbox)?

 

On Manchester airport route in class 220 it seems all the services that start with 1M headcode don’t work
It randomly spawns u on station not in cab
Which means there’s 27 services that don’t work correctly
Ps5 version

All I get is welcome to the scotrail service to then nothing.

 

For me, things have been made much worse by today's patches. Playing on PS5 I played the Manchester Airport route service 1V38 Manchester to Carmarthen 09.29. TFW 153. On leaving Manchester Picadilly the textures became extremely blurry. A Virgin pendolino was heading into Manchester. The frame rate got so low and then the PS5 crashed. This is the first time the console has ever crashed. Next I tried the Fife circle route, service 2K61 Edinburgh waverly to Leven using the 158 Leven livery. The textures were so bad both in the cab and outside I had to give up! Is it just me or have things been made worse by today's patches? I've never had such severe blurring until now.

 

Doing B'ham to Shrewsbury Route and not showing the time of arrival. was that sorted in this patch? No announcements at all on XBOX

 

I play on seiries x, did a run from haymarket depot and then the subsequent service to Dundee as far as Markinch [5L21/1L21] no issue. However I had a look at the map down in Edinburgh and noticed what looked like a pendilino leaving the station (Time for some railfanning). A quick teleport back to watch it leaving instantly gave me blurry textures

 

Blurry. Very blurry.

Honestly, first time it's actually bothered me.

 

Is anyone else missing DLC after today's update? I seem to be missing the Scotsman, the RHTT 66, the ROG 37, West Cornwall, Blackpool - Preston, Northern Transpennine, Peak Forest and both Boston routes. I'm on PS5 Pro. I only noticed when looking at the the layer selector on the new Fife timetable and it said I didn't have the layers for Scotsman and the 66.

The Trophies for TSW6 only shows locally, they do not show up the playstation account

Same with the ones I've tried so far. Looks like anything going TO the airport spawns on foot at random stations.

 

I had the same issue today (PS5) with the Class 87 and complete Birmingham to Crewe route disappearing from my game. Here’s how I fixed it:

Restored the license of the game. This fixed the Class 87 disappearing but not Birmingham to Crewe. I deleted the route from my PlayStation, re installed it, restored the license again and that worked.

Still a major problem with the 294 Journey. Second new service, EZK (53383) Weissig - Riesa Part 2: insta--SPAD on spawn. Unplayable.

 

PS5. Not mentioned in the notes for core fixes, but they fixed the timetable bug. Now when chaining services, the subsequent service has the correct timetable. Thank you DTG for fixing this!!

Also, saved and reloaded on a Morristown local run and the progress and objectives loaded correctly. Hopefully this works on other routes too!

BR294 still hasn't fixed its safety system points. When can we expect a fix? I understand everyone is busy with the new route right now. However, I wouldn't want a repeat of the BR193 DB red, which had the same problem. Will anyone pay attention to this?

 

On PS5 the 158 announcements don't say the station names on Fife Circle.

So for example "This is the service to.... calling at....if you see anything suspicious"

 

Br294 and scoring with security systems enabled is broken!

I found out that after yesterday's update, when the service is started and the default state is in Diesel Mode, the pantograph is also raised, and it doesn't matter if the locomotive is as a driver, or if it is at the end of the train and is controlled by a cabcar. If the given train is controlled by AI, for example if a person is following it in foot mode, it behaves correctly. Especially in Hoboken it is funny, because you are standing at the platform under the roof and you have the pantograph raised .... and at the same time the engines are started ... that was really something that was done excellently

 

Im just getting loads of crashes on all routes now since this update, no issues before that.
This is on pc.

 

Doesn't the DB BR 193 still have that problem even now? I don't think it was ever fixed. Therefore, I doubt they will fix the 294 either. Why would they?

 

Restoring the licenses has fixed the issue, thank you.
