Fatal Error In Mode Scenario During Update Within Windows_manager While Creating A Scenario In A Rou

when i was creating a scenario in a romanian route for hours straight, i was trying to modify some things in there but when i clicked on the 2d map, the game crashed with this error

what does this error mean? i'm confused and i don't know how to fix it, the route is bucuresti nord - ploiesti vest - urziceni

 

I also had this problem occasionally. Simply clearing the cache and reinstalling DX9 helped me.

 

You MUST save regularly when working on a route or scenario. The memory management seems to have a few bugs in it which hitting save or play (which will prompt to save) seem to keep on top of.
