Steam Can't Set A Path In My Train. Help!

I've never seen this before...
when I click on somewhere on the track, it now says "Please disembark the train before attempting this!"

what.... this is so strange, and TSW6 isn't even out yet!
and if I leave the train, it won't let me set a path for any train! help me!!

 

Having the ame problem, is there a fix for this issue?

 

I am having the same problem as well. I have tried 3 different route and get same thing.

 

OK, I found my problem. I was clicking on the destination station marker and not on the track itself. Free Roam is working for me now.
