Does it ever return anything? Whenever I search for soemthing it just says "No results found". Even the suggested tags don't work. I wonder if it's a bug or if I'm doing something wrong

From a PC User - YES it does - however the search engine is absolutely hopeless.
I find the best way of using it is to put in key words that you think a Creator might have used. For example Class Numbers (but don't use the word "Class" because it has ass in it and you will get your wrist slapped) or Company Abbreviations (ie LNER, BSNF, NSE etc). Also some creators now put identifiers in their content's name. (I put (DJ) in all the names that I use so search for that.....include the brackets.....and you would find all of mine). See if any of these suggestions help.

That works sometimes. The filters return no results most of the times, specially if you mark "compatible". Also some creations show in the page as compatible when they are not and viceversa (PC Steam)
