PS5 Duplicate Locomotives

When selecting a train for a route I'm getting 4 duplicates of everything now. Not necessarily an issue but just something that needs to get sorted out at some point

 

I noticed this too on PC, Steam. This wasn’t present in early access, so I assume it’s a bug that popped up after the update today. As another example, the Class 153 from Cardiff City Commuter now has 8 identical versions to choose from!

 

I've found it in a handful of other routes too. Bakerloo line has like 10

 

Yes, this is certainly an issue on PS5. The BCC 170, 66’s and Tees Valley 101 are the ones I’ve found so far.

 

Any updates on this issue? Because it's still a thing, across many many routes.
Interestingly enough, it seems to affect only a handful of different vehicles. For German stuff, the 363 is a top contender. Ruhr-Sieg-Nord for example has 8 identical RSN red 363 to choose from. Ludwigsbahn (101 Expert timetable) has the blue ones from Maintalbahn, Dresden-Riesa, Tharandter Rampe and then 5 identical red RSN ones.

I also noted those duplicate locos not always come with the full timetable range. Of the 5 red ones I've got on Ludwigsbahn, 1 has the full timetable while the others offer less services.

I believe this is an issue on all platforms, I have the same issue on Xbox.

 

Just curious ... are these duplicate locos for different games (TSW5, TSW4, etc.) or are they all for TSW6? Because wouldn't the ones for the games before TSW6 be unnecessary DLs and could be deleted? I've seen duplicate locos come up in searches for past games, but nothing like that for TSW6. tx.

 

Nothing to do with previous games. I get duplicated trains on Xbox, and I have no other TSW installed
