Looking To Upgrade My System

I've been playing TSW on a Lenovo Legion Laptop with a Ryzen 5 5600H and 3060 gpu however I am starting to run this game on the usual suspect routes and it can chug my frame rate into single frames. I'm looking to invest in a higher end desktop and have been looking at my different options over the past few weeks.
I'm almost ready to pull the trigger on this system but I'd really like to hear from anyone that has the 5070ti or 7800x3d CPU and how TSW handles on your system. Frankfurt S Bahn, WCMLS and Frankfurt Fulda are some of the worst offenders so any idea on performance would be great.
I have looked into building separately but to be honest when you combine parts, delivery costs etc, I've found the price not that different.
Any info on the following spec would be much appreciated

My new system is a Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core Processor (4.70 GHz), 64.0 GB and 5070 (not a ti). It easily manages 60fps at 4k (100%) on the latest routes (including Frankfurt) and running at 150% drops the frame rate to ~45fps.

 

Is it possible to get a first-hand report from someone who can run TSW 6 in 1440 at a mostly-steady 60 fps, very high to ultra settings, 120-150% screen pct? Obviously I could invest a small country's annual budget in a NASA supercomputer, but I don't want to overbuy for my requirements.

Yes, everything is at 'ultra', except clouds ('very high') - I've tried clouds at ultra and it still copes but I can't really spot the difference in gameplay! I do experience occasional micro-dips in frame rate, but then I tend to play different routes every time, so I put this down to loading scenery etc. I have God mode and Jetblast's mods, but I haven't put back all my TSW5 mods. So a spec like mine should walk 1440 resolution.

 

Still the peformance is worse than ever

 

This system is very good and also a decent price. I should say no problem to run TSW in 1440p or even 4K is perfect. I will recommend to change youre monitor to 1440p. It can handle that easy.

A solid high refresh 1440p monitor you can pack a good few features into.

 

Ive just bought a 9800x3d with 5080 and it can run all maps at 60 fps on 1440 with jetwash's beast mod installed.
Thats with the screen percentage at 175 so 150 will be easy.
Wasn't the cheapest but it smashes every game so far with ease.

Just over 2k fully built and delivered.
That was with upgrading to 64gb ram too.

I just recently got an i9 with a gtx5080 and 32gb ram everthing on ultra getting a smooth 60fps on 4k ,it’s great!
