Platform: PS5 Journey mode was fixed with today's patch, but these services now SPAD upon loading in: Services: EZK (53383) Weißig To Riesa Rbf - Part 2, EZK (53387) Weißig to Riesa Rbf - Part 1 Journey Mode Chapter: Two Nine Four Can this please be fixed in the next patch? Thank you!
Slowly I get the feeling, the points for safety systems will not be fixed and it will remain like this, would be a shame…
Thank you for letting me know! I'll get this raised. I'll take a look at the safety points issue, too.
I've got a very minor nitpick, doubting this will ever get attention... When leaning out of the side windows, the camera position should be a bit higher up. Currently it's in the lower third of the window. Should be at least somewhere in the upper half. I'm not the tallest girl, but not that small either
How come this does not layer into Maintalbahn. Would make hauling them freight jobs so much more easier.
Just went for a trip with the 294 after the updated and with safety systems on points work accurately now!!!
PC Steam If the engine stalls due to a malfunction or you turn it off yourself, it is no longer possible to start it again.
ah that explains a lot. Recently started a service and 10 seconds in setting up the loco everything went silent and I couldn’t restart either. Was wondering what the problem was but forgot about the train faults in game now
It seems like I was able to start the engine after turning it off using the start-stop system. But after the malfunction, no. Only by pressing the reset button in the menu. I looked again at how to start the locomotive, deliberately turned it off, waited 10 seconds before trying to start it, but it did not start. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but do the positions of the switches and other buttons affect starting? The transmission was in neutral.
I had a similar issue last night doing the Leipzig shunting scenario. The engine seemed to be running but at a certain point couldn’t take power despite repeatedly mashing the interlock key. Had to force a physics reset from the pause menu. There was no pop up to indicate a random fault had generated, either. Also as an aside, that scenario is insanely ridiculous with numerous objective points only triggering if stopped less than 2m away. I thought they were trying to avoid that now?
Same on the new santa fe pack you have to stop dead on the marker for it to register so you can finish the job.
It seems I have figured out the reason why the engine does not start after stopping due to a malfunction, or I can turn it off myself.I don't know if this is authentic or not, but the engine can only start when the controller is in the forward or reverse position. If you put it in neutral, the engine won't start.
Not as yet but I only just got back into it with the Leipzig Heavy Shunter or whatever it’s called scenario.
Might fire it up later but the caveat all the little shunting scenarios don’t add much to the MM mileage requirement. I would like to do some runs on the Ludwigsbahn with it, but not while all the freight jobs seem to consist entirely of light engine moves (also affects the stock electric runs too). Wall of silence from DTG on that issue, though I expect old Ludwig has spun off the flywheel now and consigned to the “former” DLC pile…
Sorry if mentioned but on scenario leipzigs big help why does the handbrake not released even tho its not applied. So you cant move forward in the scenario.
I did that one a couple of evenings ago (on PC) and the handbrake was applied. Have you tried reapplying then releasing?
I spent 20 mins trying to release it . It says 0% applied but doesn't prompt me to continue. Still thinks handbrake is applied.
Didn't think it would. Strange though that the PC version didn't have that issue. Another DTG XBox b@lls up.
