You know why I don't spent much on these forums nowadays? It's because I spent a lot more time on social media instead.

I started doing social media back in late January 2024, and I will admit, it can be a little bit chaotic and random at times, as I try to cover a lot of things based of many of my personal interests (but trains is the thing that's heavily featured the most) but only recently have I started covering TSW stuff on them and now, I built up the courage to start doing videos from TSW.

This thread is mainly here to share the TSW content that I post on my YouTube Channel, but it could also be used to introduce my channel to this forum. For TSW content, I plan to do 2 video series from this game, links to the videos from each will be listed down below:

Free Roam Railtours: Where I spawn into a routes timetable and drive along it using a railtour consist that I made in the formation designer.
Passenger Journey: Where I travel along the entire length of a TSW route as a passenger looking out the window.

My 1st TSW upload is now ready for viewing and is a Free Roam Railtour. Specifically one feature BR Blue Class 47's and a range of BR Blue Coaching Stock, inspired by a recent rail tour that came down where I live. It might be a long one at nearly 2 hours, but that's because it travels across two routes (Midland Main Line & WCML South specifically), following the route that this tour took in real life. The link to the video can be found down below:

I plan to post more TSW video content down the line, but that will really depend on how well this 1st video does and weather I can justify doing of this kind of content in the future.

First off, welcome back to the forums!

I like the 2 series idea, but have a couple of suggestions to make them better:

Free Roam Railtours: You could use railtour scenarios from Creators Club, or create your own in Scenario Planner to fully capture what AI was on the route and to make it more lively. I know you could do that in Free Roam, but it could be an avenue for you to go down should you decide to use the series to start/continue a 'career' on Creators Club.

From The Window: I have a nice name idea for it; 'Hanging from the Window' as a play on the railway term 'window-hanging' which is what you describe as what the video is meant to capture.

I wish you the best for any future videos, and I hope that this approach works out very well for you :).

Settled on the titled Window Journey's which I felt was the best fit for the series of videos I want to do with it.

If it works for the series, then that's fine :).

Got another free roam railtour for you all. Once again we're on WCML South, but this time, we're running the entire length of the route non-stop from London Euston to Milton Keynes Central, using a BR Class 40, hauling a rake of Mk1's in Crimson & Cream livery (inspired by the initial diesel-hauled leg of what would end up being Duke of Gloucester's debut tour).

One thing you'll note about this is that the Class 40 is in a custom livery, which I actually made myself. I've actually had it lying around for quite a while now, but I decided to give it some touch ups and put it to good use in the video you see here.

New free roam railtour, this time from Southeastern High Speed (or the Chatham Main Line section of the route). This one is inspired by the recent Armistice Steam Express, but since we don't have a rebuilt West Country Class loco in the game, I had to use Flying Scotsman in it's place.

Once again, we follow the route that this tour took in real-life, which was from Rochester Bridge Junction to Sittingbourne, out of the route along the Sheerness Branch, back into the route all the way to Faversham and then finally a little extra shot at Ashford International at the end.
