Steam Morristown Line Alp-45dp Muti Level Cab Car Mode Change

I am pressing Pan Up in the cab car and the ALP45DP on the rear of the train is not changing into electric mode. I am stopped sitting stopped in Dover station. Holding the Fault reset button works to diesel mode but the pan up to electric mode does not.

 

You must be at a stand still in neutral and brakes applied. Hold pan up and follow instructions and should be ok.

 

You should not need to be in neutral but i have tried that and it does not work

 

When you do it does it speak electric mode requested.

 

It does not it is supposed to but it is not

 

do you hold it in the up mode for at least 10 seconds or more ?
there are 2 ways to do it
the button and the switch next to it
both ways worked fine for me here

on which service does it fail for you?

 

Several of the Dover to Hoboken 800 trains. I think the issue is that the train is loading in with the pan up but the locomotive in Diesel mode
