Remaster! It's only just come out... And the route is already overstuffed with a possible over abundance of performance sapping foliage and assets. As regards an extension, logically next step would be either to add Birmingham to Rugby or the Trent Valley from Stafford to Rugby though ideally Milton Keynes including via Northampton for route hop to WCMLS.
Evening all.. ( apologies for steering this off topic quickly) Just wanted to pop in and apologise if I caused any one any upset this morning. We can all agree no one deserves to be abused for any reason.. I understand how what I wrote could have been misinterpreted into "blaming the victim" obviously that wasnt my goal.. Im new round here so thought i owe everyone an apology.. i dont mean to rock the apple cart.. I get i come over as a 'negative nancy'.. since I joined ive done not much but complain about DTG.. (right or wrong dont matter right now) I in no way shape or form aim any of this at 'you lot', 'the 3rd party devs' 'or any singular human being'.. our opinions may differ.. but thats what makes the world great! DTG put their name on a product and any negative feeling i have to TSW sit solely with DTG.. words on a screen dont always provide the right context! But We're all on the same team here! So once again.. sorry if I was out of line this morning and upset anyone with my comments! This fourm seems like a cool place so I wanted to clear the air! Now back to the trains...
Radio silence for a week now about fixes and broken things. Guess now the routes released that’s it and just brushed under the carpet.
Talking of the updates DTG_Alex said "we hope to have more news on when you can expect these in December." So I'm not sure if its the update or the announcement of when the update will come that is hoped for in December. For once I've not bought this route on release (although I have nearly all the other UK stuff). I won't buy it until it is decently playable and people on here are saying its fixed. Its a shame as the route does appeal and I hope it does get fixed.
It does seem to suggest December. I haven't bought it yet either, I won't until the timetable update comes out.
Very much not the case, comms will come from DTG in regards to the next patch. Radio silence does not equal that it isn't being worked on by the way. Hopefully there will be some official news soon
Been playing through the scenarios on Series X, aside from the relentless blurriness (since you can’t disable layers in scenarios) they’re pretty good. Really hope the blurs can be sorted as otherwise it’s an exceptional route.
