I gave the scenario "Shed rising" a go today, on my way to archive one of the masteries for WCML south. When I had finished unloading all the cars and were got the message to return to Wembley I saved the game and had to leave. When I resumed the scenario a while later, I got back in and after a few seconds got "Objective complete", a message telling me I've finished the scenario and then the scenario ended. Some sort of bug related to the save/resume or is the scenario supposed to finish that early? It's marked as finished in the scenario list but didn't count toward the mastery...
