Hello!!! I am a train enthusiast at the bottom of my heart, have been playing TS on Steam for years now, am absolutely enthralled with the B&O retro pack, and also the Altoona - Johnstown route (Dad was raised in Johnstown!). My grandfather worked the Cleveland Railway as carpenter on the streetcars that once ran here, then went to Chicago to help pick out the units for the (then) new Cleveland Transit System, which later became RTA. He used to take me to work to Windermere Station, the eol for the rapid, where I got to be with the cars REALLY up close. Later in life I became a part of what was then the Trolleyville museum, where I was trained as an operator on some really beautiful, old cars!
The state of Ohio has over 4,000 miles of laid track. It has a very lively rail service, both on the Cleveland RTA passenger service, and moves MASSIVE amounts of freight due to the intense industry in the area, from the steel mills, coke plant, lake Eerie port.... we have some much! The other day, damn I wish I'd had a camera at the ready, one of those gorgeous multicolor liveries came into sight on a diesel passing through on the Canadian Pacific southern lake Eerie route.
Yet, I have yet to see any TS trackage done to cover any aspect of rail in Ohio. If I'm missing it, please tell me, so I can pick up that expansion. I cannot tell you how much fun it would be to drive rail in and around Cleveland, including other parts of Ohio.
    A heartfelt request.
    Megan
