A Problem About Powerhandle

Hello everyone, I have now defined a control component for the power handle. In short, when 0.5 <= power handle <= 1, the minimum value of the power handle is set to 0.5. When I use the mouse to drag the cabin handle, there is no problem at all, but when I use the keyboard 'A' and 'D' to control it, it gets stuck.

What is the default, minimum and maximum values for power handle?
