PS5 No Option To Import Existing Profile. Am I Screwed?

My brother destroyed my PS5. I got a new one and reinstalled TSW 6 but have no option to import my already existing level 2000+ profile. Is there any way I can get it back or do I have to start from scratch?

Before your brother did that, did you backup your profile some how and way (ex PS Plus Account)?
