Well, I do. I hope the map is as big as they say it is. I hope there's a police mode in the game. I hope there's split-screen. I hope GTA6 also has an online story mode. Yes, there will be real (but fictionalized) cars in GTA 6, just like in previous installments, with many vehicles clearly based on real-world models like Ford, Dodge, Porsche, Ferrari, and Chevrolet. I’m interested. The trailers look incredible but what we have seen is mostly cutscenes. I’ll know for sure how great this game will be when gameplay trailers are released which will probably be close to the release date. Red dead redemption 1 did this so perfectly. I remember how in-depth the gameplay trailers went. It literally explained everything you can do in the open world. I was very excited about hunting and all the wildlife that was in the game. GTA 5 was decent but it just didn’t have replay value past the story mode and that’s my main worry with GTA 6… it MUST have things you can do that keeps you wanting to play over and over again after the story mode is done. Not just driving round the map listening to the radio for a couple hours. That gets boring….
GTA 5 didn't have all of the current content on release. People are building GTA 6 up and bound to be disappointed if it doesn't have everything for everyone on day one. They often forget that the previous games didn't start out the way they ended.
I am interested but this certainly won't run on my potato PC. And a neurological condition means my hands are no longer that great at fast paced Mouse/Keyboard or Gamepad titles.
I never even finished 4 or 5, haha. I do still play San Andreas from time to time. I remember thinking how sneaky I was when I first bought it on my own (I was 16 at the time, and never got carded). Honestly, I had more fun tuning to KDST or KROSE and just cruising the map on a motorcycle. Trying to cram the armored car from the final mission into the garage on Grove Street was also an interesting experience, lol. I do intend to revisit both 4 and 5. I really like how they nailed NYC's vibe for 4. The one thing that deters me from 5 is bouncing between three different characters, which I found a little overwhelming trying to keep their skills balanced for when you were obligated to use a certain character in a certain mission. I tried playing 5 online once, then get sniped while trying to find a radio station and have since decided the online mode is not for me... I'll probably pick 6 up at some point, but I have a decent backlog of other games and books to get through first.
I always ended up using the jetpack to snag one from the army base to park at the airfield, to do the vigilante mission easily.

GTA 5 stopped working on my XBox so I stopped playing it. Tried resets and download again, etc. It would make you complete the whole first intro scenario over every time loading it before being able to get into the main game. Just gave up after awhile. Was fun for awhile though.
I didn't WANT to stop playing it. Just wasn't worth the time to deal with the glitch. GTA 6 I'd give a look, but it'll depend on the price and what you get in first release. Sometimes it's better to wait for a bit for them to iron out bugs and add content or wait for a sale. The cutscenes they show are good but they're cutscenes. Haven't seen much actual gameplay and that includes not just graphics and stuff but also "fun" factor which I'd want to see in reviewers getting their hands on the game. Aside from the glitch that no one seemed to know how to fix, I'd still be happy with GTA 5 and its add ons. Didn't need a new one.
Personally I wanna see the GTA V online content in the story mode (originally V story mode but now it would be VI), I would have put so much more time in GTA V (not that I didn’t put much in, I’ve spent a lot of time on that game over the years) if the online content was in story mode not online. I don’t see value therefore I don’t put time into something what I see as needing constant payment to use (Xbox live) and will one day be shut down. I don’t have high hopes for this but would certainly be very excited if so.
that’s something I’m very skeptical on as-well, watching the GTA v trailers now, something just seems different compared to the actual game, they seem tuned up and not exactly how I envision the game plays out from and that makes me wonder how VI compares

Apparently, I'm too old for games like GTA. While I was waiting for the fifth game and played it the very first night after its release, with the sixth, it's like, okay, let the console beta testers play it, and then I'll buy it on sale. Interesting games are coming out, well, very rarely. The last thing that caught my attention was the RDR series. And Snowrunner. Even BeamNG is interesting to return to periodically for some fun. GTA 6 – sorry, but it's like another Hollywood movie. I've seen plenty of them, and special effects don't sell me.
Yes I think GTA V was about two years behind the consoles on PC. Though worth the wait even if the character swapping became annoying. Worth it just for Trevor!

My brother was playing GTA 5 last night. They're still releasing DLC for it and making bank on the "shark bucks" (people spending real money for in game money to avoid "grinding" for stuff like cars and mansions) Why would they release GTA 6 when GTA 5 is still making money hand over fist? They don't need the publicity or marketing either. I get the feeling they're dangling it out there "just in case" GTA 5 starts to dry up, but it's slow rolled in the background as a "Plan B."
Not with TSW getting german steam engines anymore I will probably buy it if it were to release on PS5 still, otherwise I'm out.
It's also difficult to save the Van de NOOSE riot card in your garage in GTA 5 on your PS5. Do you know how to do that in story mode? That's how I leveled up my own character to level 26 and am almost a millionaire in GTA ONLINE. From that moment on, I discovered that you have to delete your current characters if you want to restart the career builder, which gives you $4 million, of which you have to spend three. So I tried that, which didn't work. How do you start the career builder? If that doesn't work, how do you get your deleted character back from level 26?
So you don't want GTA 6 now when you'll probably have to wait more than a year for GTA 6 to be released, and that German steam locomotive for TSW which of the two do you think will come out first?
