Chris Trains are now hosting the TSC Docs

"I have some good news. After some communication with DTG, they have officially agreed to let me host the old tsc developer documentation website. "

Dunno why DTG don't ship this (it's the only half-decent documentation from DTG) and put it in the RailWorks\dev\Docs folder, and why it has to be hosted on a 3rd party site. Anyway, good for ChrisTrains, but pathetic from DTG.

Because people who don't do mods and just play the game would not be interested and might get confused.

It's the Dev/Docs folder I'm talking about with, like, development docs in it. I doubt normal users would even be able to even find it, let alone get confused by it...
