Does anyone know what happened to the Peak forrest expansion BR 104 add on. Haven't heard about it for nearly a year or seen it mentioned on any road maps
DTG won't tell us for definite but the overarching theory is Vapourware. Pretty sure it's dead at this stage unfortunately. Although if DTG could just put us out of our misery and say for certain that'd be amazing

Would definitely fit the Expect the Unexpected tag for TSW6. I wonder if it got shelved because it either doesn't fit being the WCML or because it would be a decent improvement on a route that needs it
That makes no sense! The 104 was being developed by a third party. Most of the WCML routes aren't by DTG and also by third parties. Why would they not want a item of DLC to be released because it makes a route better?! That is a new level of barmy even for the conspiracy theorists on here.
I think there is currently a "deadpool" running on which will release before the end of the decade - the Class 104 or the Tadami Line. It's fair to conclude the project is stillborn. Announced far too early on the basis of a Blender/3D Studio screen dump and the whole thing never happened. At least us first gen DMU fans have the JT Class 108 to look forward to, but not much consolation when the 104 would have brought a better timetable to PFR.
'Amazing'? Anyway, DTG can't say any more than they already have, because it's not their project. Simtrack have said what they've said, and that's the end of it until they ever say anything different. I commend using the search function, you'll find various threads about it over the past year:

My post above yours is literally pointing out the benefits of using the search function, with an image of a search for '104'.
Not all of them are informative or current. It's just any time the number comes up. Posting one link to the last official word is not the same at all.
