Hallöle, ich bin schon früher mal mit dem TSW 2020 gefahren, allerdings nicht zu oft und auch nur mit der Tastatur. Nun sitze ich vor dem TSW 6 und würde gerne zumindest teilweise von der Tastatur zum Spielen wegkommen. Demzufolge bezeichne ich mich bezüglich Gamecontrollern und mit meinen 60 Jahren als absoluten Newbie! Mein Wissensstand dazu: 1. Man kann TSW 6 mit speziellen Train Controllern spielen. Die sehen zwar sehr interessant aus, aber für meinen Geldbeutel ist das irgendwie nix. 2. Man kann TSW 6 theoretisch mit jedem Joystick spielen, dafür braucht man aber ein spezielles Zusatzprogramm - nicht unbedingt mein Plan. 3. Man kann auch ein Gamepad benutzen, da soll es wohl 2 Typen geben. 3.1. Die Gamepads, die sich mit dem TSW "direkt" verbinden und somit sofort spielbereit sind und ... 3.2. Die Gamepads, die auch wieder nur über ein zusätzliches Programm laufen müssen, damit alles funktioniert (wie bei Punkt 2). Meine Fragen: 1. Ist mein Wissensstand aktuell? 2. Könnt ihr mir für den Punkt 3.1. Hinweise bzw. Vorschläge für zu verwendende Gamepads geben? Ich bedanke mich schon mal für eure Antworten ... They look very interesting, but they're not really in my price range. 2. I use an XBOX controller playing on a PC without any problems. All you need to do is pair the controller with your PC and you should be good to go.
XBox pads are without a doubt the best go-to for PC gaming as they just instantly pair over bluetooth or can be directly plugged in via USB, and most games will instantly recognise them, while Steam will let you configure a control scheme for games too old to support them (Usually anything pre-2005).
