Steam Oakville Sub Ethanol Fill Bug/issue

I am curious if anyone has encountered this issue when filling tankers on Oakville Sub, specifically the Petrochemical Chaos scenario. When attempting to fill the tanker, the hose connection snaps to some location around the lead loco and cannot be placed. Releasing and trying again results in the same issue. Attached is a screen capture of the situation. Cheers!

 

I have an issue were I can't even grab hold of the hose!

Please use english. It's really simple to just put that into translate and copying the message and even if it's poor english, we can make out what you're saying

 

You must first open the tank of the wagon, then pass the hose over it.

I am not able to finish this scenario as well. Can't grab the hose. Tried to position the train differently but that did not make a difference. In the picture you can see that the hose is nearly over the opening of the tank wagon. While playing I also lost the driving controls of my RailDriver. Maybe that is connected to this problem.
