(solved) Train Stopping At A Green Signal..

    the train is suppose to end outside of Rugby/Wolston. This literally has not happened before and I dont know what was changed to make it like this. 1H04 train would for some reason just stop outside of Wolverton even though the front section is empty and the signal showing green. I have no idea why the cause of this and i legit cant find it.

    i can send over my scenario files if you can help me look over this as to why. Please help me I have been stuck in this single scenario for 6 months now and I still got more to go and this was nearly done until the same problem keeps showing up constantly. 20260116235356_1.jpg 20260116235543_1.jpg

    Is that another AI train that has hit it?

    the second picture was the player train rear ending the a.i train.
    would you mind if you can help take a look at the scenario to see what is wrong?

    Did the Player Train have a Green Light even though the Pendolino was stopped in front?

    nope it was red.
    the a.i train has no instruction to stop at that signal at all. I dont know whats wrong.
    the problem is that it shouldn't have stop there.

    Silly question - why did you not stop at the Red Light?

    it shouldn't have happened. As i repeated many times, 1H04 was not suppose to stop at that red signal and the player train would get the go ahead right after milton keynes. Many previous test beforehand was the case, it was completely fine. Its only when I reopen the scenario months afterwards that the issue arised out of nowhere.

    Just as well you don't drive in real life as drivers are expected to stop at Red Lights :D

    If it used to work you need to figure out what has changed in those months you haven't played it. What TSC version are you using? And is it he same version you made the scenario in? Have you modified any of the trains used in the scenario? Did the AI train stop, or just drive very slowly?

    if i remember the modifications were made to 1R08 and 1R10, thats it. 1R08 meets the player between bletchley and leighton buzzard. 1R10 passes mitlon keynes when the player train is there.
    1H04 was meant to follow 9G04 from the back of it. By the time 9G04 cleared Milton Keynes, it would've already allow plenty of track for 1H04 to fly through milton keynes. no train should be ahead of its path.

    infact 1H04 isnt the only train that doesnt work. Many train just stops working at a certain amount of time.

    would it be easier if i can just send you the scenario and have a look? I really dont know what to do anymore.

    Don't know if it has already been said here, or if it's entirely relevant to your case, but I've often been confronted to unexpected red signals, and pressing Tab helped almost everytime...

    I most likely do not have the route or the trains, so I'm not able to help in this case.

    okay good news everyone, there was indeed a a.i causing the fuss.
    1R06 was apparently set to go to the wrong portal that i never realised until now, which it had halted everyone. I changed it to have it go to the correct portal and now everything is fixed. At least with 1H04.

    Not relevant as it was an AI train that had the problem
