I’ve just completed 1R25 from MK.. initiated safety systems and did the run to Euston with no issues. Thought I’d do the next service in the timetable, 1084. However the train will not move. Didn’t do anything differently.. switched everything on and off.. panto up and down more than once, elec button pressed.. reset reverser, master key… still no action… Cancelled game, started it again, didn’t set up any safety systems, opened the doors and cured the random door fault (again) and back in the cab, the train started with no issues. This is either a train/game glitch?
The random door faults on the 805 are becoming a pain. With regard to 1R25, as noted in the Feedback thread when I took it over in Journey mode all the pantographs were down and I had to faff about getting it working. In reality this train would have arrived at MKC all systems go and with a green signal already on the end of the platform.
I had a fault yesterday on a run when I started to lose speed from about 105mph.. not induced by missing a cab warning… after much button pressing, with speed bleeding off ever so slowly, I popped outside just to check and the panto was DOWN. I raised the pantograph and hey presto.. off we went again.. however there wasn’t a notification that there was a fault.
