Hello Is there any turntable on TSW for PS4. In controls there are shown controls for the turntable but I don’t know where the turntable is?
Not that I'm aware but I can't speak for all the German or US routes. There's no real need for them at the minute as we've no tendered steam engines that require them.
They have them in the US since the majority (all?) of their freight locos are of a single cabbed long hood design. So I suppose they are useful for getting them pointing in the right direction. There is workable turntable in the PC only Heavy Haul. Not much use for Ccsej on his PS4 unfortunately.
Isn't there one in one of the big freight yard on Tees Valley? I haven't drove much on this route yet, but on the map I did see a larger circular object with many tracks diverting on it.
The turntable pit is there at Thornaby but no deck as it was removed in real life before the period modelled.
Sandpatch wasn’t on console when this thread was started in 2019 and it only recently came to console with the launch of TSW2. This thread was about TSW(2020) where Sandpatch was only on PC known as CSX Heavy Haul as mentioned above.
There is a turntable in MSB, but you can only access it with the DB BR-204. So in the harbor area. It is functional, but only leads to a locked engine shed. That doesn't make sense because there is no service for this. Maybe Rivet-Games is planning something?
At Köln Yard there are at least two. I’m gutted that we can’t use the yard yet. Hopefully it will be activated with the Class 101
There is a turntable on Long Island Railroad as well, just West of Jamaica going on the Atlantic Terminal branch, it works, but there is nothing that can go on it. There's also one on Schnellfahrtstrecke Köln Aachen at Düren but is there just for show (doesn't work).
