Grand central class 180 suggestion to layer onto the ECML Doncaster-Peterborough be great to add more traffic to the ECML and Grand central serves both north east and west riding routes grand central stops at both PBO-DON 4 services stopping there heading south along with heading northbound to west riding Grand central is one 3 open access companies that dose not get any funding from the DFT grand central is owned by ARRIVA with all profits being pumped back into the company Grand central have 10 class 180 sets the sets are the sister trains to the class 175 that served a lot of its life for arriva trains wales now being called TFW, it will be a huge asset having class 180 added to the game as the 180s are the last passenger train to be running on diesel engines these sets are soon to be replaced by the controversial Hitachi class 805 and it will mean that there will be no more diesel trains going into London King’s Cross, I think they will be a great addition to the game as they will add character as the trains are unique and will soon be a thing of the past.
Aren't 221's more common on Bradford services for GC? Either way with only a limited handful of services, it'd have to come with something else, like a Hull Trains 802 set
I Would Prefer A Intercity 225 Rather Than A Class 180 Since We Have Things Like The Class 90 Which Can Help Develop The 225 Sets Instead Of The Class 180 And It's Not Very Common I See A 180 Even Though I Live Near The ECML
Just having it be a layer on ECML won't suffice - Grand Central don't even stop anywhere between London and Doncaster. Also, could have done with some punctuation and paragraphs rather than a very long sentence.
I mean, aslong as you don't mess with the EGRESS handle, your train will go somewhere. Good suggestion but I think it needs a route to itself instead of an addon
Would love to see this in game, be nice to get more ‘underdog’ trains in game rather than the constant slew of the same handful of units. 125mph diesel running on the ECML would be great to see, could also give it a couple of liveries & put it to work on other routes such as MAC or GWE.
I Would Say I Would Like The Class 180 Because It Could Expand On More ECML Routes And Layers And It Would Be Good For Peterborough To Doncaster
