Have you already tried to reinstall the entire tsw? Maybe a messed up engine.ini or a mod caused a damage. Does it behave the same way you describe with and without afb?
Yeah right after the latest patch. Interestingly the "new" suspension now seems to be always on (for every loco) no matter what the setting is. But i need to give up now. Setting up clean testing systems takes ages and i need that time for other projects.
It stayed always the same. Even reeinstalled windows. Therefore TSW again ofc. And i installed all TSW from 4-6 and tried it in every. Always the same. And jesper2805 I told you that you better read my posts before. Bc everything is already answered in them. But if you want you can ask me stuff now and i will answer it again. Or better: Copy paste it out of my recent posts. If you want ofc
The optional automatic translation of the train console to english and the tool (or whatever it is) that gives the driver all the brake and weight info of each wagon that is coming to the Expert BR 145 seem really useful. Any chance of getting any of those features backported to the Expert 101?
In the 101/Kassel pack, the scenario "Interference"- after the LZB failure hits, the train brakes to a complete stop and will not go again, no matter what I try. What's going on?
I can't help but notice, but after around an hour of driving (or about 40 minutes when using the brakes alot), the lever sounds (such as brakes, sand, etc) cut out and just don't play. I've had this issue when doing free roam on Leipzig Dresden, and wonder if this can be fixed and if this bug doesn't get found on the 145. This is on an epic games build, so no mods conflict with my game.
Why don't all train cars open their doors? The number varies from train to train, and the doors might not open at all. Especially in the winter months.
Because this is how they operate in real life. If I remember correctly (the devs explained it somewhere) it’s a function of time of day and size of station how many doors open. IRL each door only opens when there is someone who wants to leave or enter the train. I think it’s such a great touch of realism and I wish DTG would use this tech on other trains like s-bahn and commuter trains as well!
In real life the doors are unlocked by the train driver and not open. How its build in TSW is very unrealistic. The train driver unlocked the doors the passenger opens it when needed. So this pack makes it how it should be the rest of the game isn't
Thanks for the clarification. As I thought, it was not a coincidence. I've never ridden a German train, but in my country, when there's a longer stop at a station, the conductor always opens one door. Regardless of whether anyone will board/get off at this station.
They did not do that anymore now days due to keep trains warm or cool by airco. Some trains when you press the button the doors open and after a few seconds they closed by it self. Not locked but ready to open it again by another passengers to get stable temperatures
