I got a similar email from them yesterday. I think it's alarming that a business doesn't have the money to replace its key production equipment when it's worn out. This suggests to me that it's is intrinsically unprofitable and won't be around much longer. My advice is to download the latest version of any products you've bought from them and to buy soon any thing else you want badly. If they do cease trading it will adversely affect other creators that use them for sounds. Caledonia Works comes to mind. And as for not having an effective backup system . . . , well I'm just dumbfounded!
