Steam Very Bright Headlights On Mbta F40ph-3c?

Has anyone experienced very bright ditch lights on MBTA's F40PH-3C for the Boston-Worcester route? Is there a fix out there for this? Not sure if this is a known bug but I am operating with the headlights on dim, but it's extremely bright to the point where I can't see what is ahead when it's foggy at night

 

Been like this since it was released.

 

Pretty sure the version on Boston - Worcester was fixed

 

I can confirm this is the Boston-Worcester version of the MBTA F40PH-3C without mods. I just tried a mod out called BOW Small enhancement pack that seems to have fixed the lighting issue, but I don't think the DTG officially fixed this.

Is that just when it's foggy?

 

Not to this extent but the headlights are overly bright at night in other wearher conditions. I read somewhere where the lumen count was very high by mistake. I can confirm running the BOW small enhancement mod eliminated this light effect and returns it to normal values
