Nec: New York - Stamford

I'm genuinely very excited for this pack. It looks fantastic, and as a frequent traveler on the I95 corridor from NY to Boston, I'm very much looking forward to seeing my usual route from the tracks. Everyone who's worked on this pack should be very proud.

One question: it's unlikely, but have any modifications been made to the Harlem Line's M7A? Specifically the power/brake curves -- it's way too fast and imo breaks the immersion. I'm working on a mod right now to bring the M7A's curve in-line with the LIRREX M7, but I just want to know if this is something I should keep tuning or just wait for the NY-Stamford release.

 

When can we expect the suspension on the Acela?

 

Probably around the same time as the LIRR2 stock gets it and the non training centre class 323. I.e I wouldn't hold your breath.

 

They don't have the same curves irl, they have different gearing.

 

In other words, (maybe) never

 

just FYI I know many are asking on the Q/A for Stamford about showing the route at night. Yes, there's a nighttime run service schedule for on the stream you guys should know , night lighting is very important part of a route.Its some the US beta team suggest very early on development

 

And I bet it looks stunning too
