Would hope DTG will release a patch for the phase 7 livery of Amtrak for the ACS64 and some of the amfleet coaches.
As of right now, none of the ACS64's have received Phase VII. Aside from some fan art and speculation, I don't even think Amtrak has officially revealed concept art for the ACS.
Is it possible you're confusing the ACS64 for the HHP8-C cab car conversions? They're painted in Phase VII and have been popular on YouTube as of late.
No need to get defensive, I'm not speaking down to you, simply trying to figure out what it was you saw. Could you please share a link to one of the videos you saw? I'm genuinely curious.
