Route Modern Day: Liverpool Lime Street To Crewe

    We already have Spirit of Steam but I would like to see it remade as a modern day section of the WCML From Liverpool Lime Street to Crewe

    I highly doubt DTG or a 3P would want to sink time and money into a route that already exists, unless it was part of a bigger project. And certainly, IMHO, the route got boring quickly with steam and running with modern traction would be even more so. Again IMHO if DTG want to revisit Liverpool they would be better doing the line(s) across to Manchester, or part of the Merseyrail network.
