While most UK rail fans will know the stretch you mean, you should provide a bit more detail (at minimum a Wikipedia link) so those who don’t know the route have a clue what you’re talking about. One liners don’t exactly sell the idea to DTG or any 3P who might happen to glance at this section of this forum. Are you aware of the LAMPOIL process DTG use to evaluate potential DLC and determine if it’s viable or not? You at least need to be vetting your suggestion against the LAMPOIL list and postulating why you think your suggestion will be a commercially viable one for the game.
Sadly this is where basic moderation has gone to pot - as being discussed in the other thread, this section should be actively regulated and monitored by the CM's and Mods and if need be, new threads subject to approval.
