the shap rescue scenario having run round the train, i cannot get the signal to clear having followed all instructions also in delayed and rerouted there is a double unload instruction at lancaster that stops you going any further also whats the best way to post said pics i keep getting image to large messages
This scenario finished for me with a SPAD as I moved towards the broken down train.. I never even saw the little red light.. I was just following the instructions…. A bit annoying to say the least
I'm not sure if it will work but could you try to "lock doors" then depart or if against a red, crawl forward a few feet? I've had it before (on other routes) where if I start to move it triggers the next instruction, granted they didn't involve doors/passengers so not entirely sure if it will work for you.
you can continue up to carnforth but it wont trigger any further instructions, the first load instruction has a time on it the second has nothing. i've tried opening and closing the doors but no avail. the winter preston Ormskirk scenario on BPO has a similar issue with the loading instruction.
View attachment 213453 View attachment 213454 View attachment 213455 [/QUOTE] In the Shap rescue scenario, after you’ve run round the failed 87 via the loop you need to go past the point it wants you to stop by 50-100 metres. The signal will then clear and you’re fine for the rest of the scenario.
it worked, its a bit tight if you stop on the marker as you need a signal call after you hit the regulator which being light loco puts the power on quick. i did reverse back for a few meters then went.
Did a run to Carlisle in a Class 95 ( I think) older diesel and the unit wheels all had a Catherine wheel effect, similar to that experienced on the GWR route with the Western Diesel engine. Th coach wheels were fine. Doesn’t affect the running of the game but obviously not correct. DTG Alex
