In the “Sleepy Delivery” scenario under heavy rain conditions, the Class 37 is unable to start moving the consist reliably from standstill. Behavior observed:
    • At throttle notch 1, the train does not move at all (0.0 mph).
    • At notch 2 or higher, wheels immediately slip continuously.
    • Sanding, gradual throttle application, and careful brake release do not resolve the issue.
    • All train brakes and locomotive brakes are confirmed released.
    • Brake pressures are fully recovered before applying power.
    Troubleshooting already attempted:
    • Starting with notch 1 only
    • Pre-sanding before throttle application
    • Sanding after wheel slip begins
    • Very gradual throttle increase
    • Independent brake fully released
    • Waiting for full brake release stabilization
    • Re-applying throttle after returning to idle
Expected behavior: The locomotive should be capable of starting the consist under these weather conditions with careful throttle handling, as demonstrated by other players completing the scenario successfully.
Actual behavior: The train becomes stuck in a state where notch 1 provides insufficient tractive effort to move the consist, while notch 2+ causes immediate wheelspin with no movement.
Additional notes: I have seen other TSW6 gameplay videos of the same scenario where the train is able to start moving using notch 3, which suggests there may be inconsistent physics behavior or a scenario-specific issue.

You might need to play around with the brake setting switch on this one (think it's on the rear bulkhead wall) to get moving. Also trying to remember if there is a cab change switch for the AWS which might have to be operated even if you run with safety systems isolated.

What OldVern mentions. Make sure you're in Vacuum - Goods Mode. PLUS: After coupling to the wagons, make sure you open the vacuum chamber, empty it, then close the chamber and let the vacuum rebuild.
